Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Radiant Beauty Haven. If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product or service, please review our return policy below for guidance.

For retail products, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns. If the product is found to be defective, we will offer an exchange or store credit upon inspection.

Service-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the original appointment. While services are non-refundable, we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment or corrective treatment if we determine that the original service did not meet our quality standards. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service. Requests made beyond this time frame may not be honored.

Please note that all discounted services and promotional packages are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Deposits made for advance bookings or special appointments are non-refundable but may be transferable with sufficient notice.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or adjustments if the request falls outside of the stated timeframes or does not meet the return conditions. Our goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and cared for, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy.
