Welcome to shopwhirl By booking an appointment or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Cancellations:
Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Pricing & Payments:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets. Service pricing may vary based on hair length, skin type, or additional time/products needed.

Refund Policy:
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with a service, please let us know within 48 hours. While services are non-refundable, we may offer corrections or credit at our discretion. For products, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

Promotions & Discounts:
Special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. All promotions are subject to availability and may change or end at any time.

Clients must inform staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatments. We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or personal aftercare choices.
